tell or not

Hey it is Manny back again today my cycling teacher read an article
saying that people should report stuff to the police and not be scared
of the saying “ snitches get stitches.” I disagree with the article
not because I am scared but I disagree with it because if it is
something big then what will happen is that if you report it to the
N.Y.P.D that you know what happened then you would of have to be a
witness about what happened and you have to continue going to court
for something that is none of your business and if you tell on the
wrong person then you can get beat up or something. Anybody comment if
you agree or disagree with what I am saying.
